Attitude
"Attitude ... is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do ... We cannot change our past ... We cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude."
Your attitude will make or break our school. You have a choice every day regarding the attitude you will embrace for that day. The one tool we have to deal with others is our attitude. Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it. You are in charge of your ATTITUDE.

Theodore High School Mission Statement
"The mission statement of Theodore High School is to challenge all students to achieve their greatest potential both academically and socially in order to be successful in all future endeavors."
Adopted 1993
Revised 2016

Theodore Vision Statement
We envision a Mobile County Public School System where a variety of pathways to academic and career success are available for all students; where adults consistently work in a collaborative school culture to improve student learning; where all educators willingly accept responsibility for the academic success of each student; and where all students become independent life-long learners confident in their ability to succeed in a global society following high school graduation.

Alma Mater

We're standing at your service,
Anything that we can do;
Use every talent,
In the fields and classrooms, too.
We'll win our honors truly,
Playing by the Golden Rule...
We're proud to be your sons and daughters,
THEODORE, beloved school.

Hear us, our Alma Mater,
Long as we belong to you,
We pledge upon our honor,
Loyalty and faith, "true blue."
When other duties claim us,
That's what we've been looking for.
Give us your Royal blessing, for we love you,
Dear old THEODORE!!!
